TMGM deposit and withdrawal methods and processing times

Which channel to deposit with, why a withdrawal gets held up and which USDT network to use are the questions clients ask most. This page is based on the channels shown in the client portal and day-to-day handling experience.

Read this first: processing times and limits on this page are what the client portal showed as of October 2026, plus day-to-day experience. Channels and rules change, so rely on what your client portal and platform notices show when you log in. Max Rebate is an independent website and never handles client funds; deposits and withdrawals happen only inside the TMGM client portal. Never give your password or verification codes to anyone.

The short answer

TMGM deposits: USDT and USDC are usually credited instantly, Chinese yuan channels such as Jifubao (极付宝), Alipay and WeChat Pay take about 10–15 minutes, and bank wire takes about 1–4 business days. Withdrawals: deposited funds must go back the way they came in, and only to an account in your own name. USDT withdrawals usually arrive 30 minutes to 3 hours after approval, and more slowly during US trading hours.

TMGM deposit channels and processing times

As of October 2026, the client portal deposit page showed these main channels (the channels you see depend on your account's region):

ChannelExpected creditPer transactionCurrency
USDTInstantUSD 50–200,000USDT
USDCInstantUSD 50–200,000USDC
Jifubao 极付宝 (CNY)About 15 minutesFrom CNY 3,000CNY
Alipay (CNY)About 10 minutesCNY 1,000–100,000CNY
WeChat Pay (CNY)About 10 minutesCNY 2,000–50,000CNY
Bank wire (global)About 1–4 business daysFrom USD 1USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, NZD and more

Among the yuan channels, Jifubao is the most common; UnionPay transfers usually take several business days. Intermediary banks may charge fees on wires. When a yuan channel is opened, the risk team sometimes asks for a photo of you holding your ID; this is a standard requirement, not aimed at anyone personally.

Deposit not credited? Check these four things

  1. Did you upload the payment proof? Upload it as the deposit page asks. If the page closes or the upload does not go through, contact TMGM support promptly, or processing will be delayed.
  2. Does the credited amount match the amount you submitted? On-chain transfers deduct a network fee. If you submit 2,500 and a few cents less arrives, the amounts do not match and the review stalls. Include the fee so the credited amount equals the submitted amount.
  3. Did you use the right USDT network? Send on the network chosen on the deposit page (TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20) to the address it generates. Sending on the wrong network causes a lot of trouble.
  4. Are the wire details exact? After you enter the SWIFT code, your bank may fill in the head-office address, which can differ from the address on the deposit page; this usually does not affect the transfer. Copy the beneficiary name, account number and SWIFT code exactly from the page.

Withdrawal rules: money goes back the way it came in

TMGM requires the withdrawal method to correspond to the deposit method and pays only to accounts in your own name, which is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement among mainstream brokers. Common cases:

Deposits return to sourceFunds deposited through Alipay are withdrawn to the bank card linked to that Alipay account, in your own name; direct withdrawal to Alipay is not available at present. Funds deposited in USDT go back to your own wallet.
Deposited through several channelsWithdraw in proportion to the total deposited through each channel. When one channel reaches its limit, submit the rest through another channel you have used.
ProfitsProfits above your deposits are less restricted and can usually go through any channel you have used. Rely on the options the withdrawal page shows.

You can withdraw while holding positions, but your margin level must stay at or above 150% after the withdrawal; to withdraw everything, close all positions first. Withdrawal requests are normally reviewed within 24 hours and paid only on business days; requests made at the weekend move to the next business day.

USDT deposits and withdrawals: what to watch

  • TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20 are supported. Exchange wallets, TP Wallet and cold wallets all work, as these are standard on-chain transfers.
  • Withdrawals go only to your own personal wallet address. Do not use another platform's deposit address, or the funds may be lost.
  • A wallet address can be linked to only one TMGM account. If an address is already linked to another TMGM account, use a different wallet.
  • USDT withdrawals usually arrive 30 minutes to 3 hours after approval. In the evening, after US trading opens, there are more requests and processing is slower.

Withdrawing rebates and agent commission

Rebates are paid into your trading account and agent commission into the agent's commission account. Both are withdrawn through the normal withdrawal process, using whichever channel you need. How rebates work is explained in the rebate guide; if you have just opened an account, see how to apply within 3 days.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a TMGM deposit take?

As shown in the client portal in October 2026: USDT and USDC are instant, Alipay and WeChat Pay take about 10 minutes, Jifubao about 15 minutes, and bank wire about 1–4 business days. Rely on the deposit page.

How long does a TMGM withdrawal take?

Withdrawal requests are normally reviewed within 24 hours and paid only on business days. USDT withdrawals usually arrive 30 minutes to 3 hours after approval, more slowly during US trading hours; for other channels, rely on the withdrawal page.

My withdrawal has been “under review” for a while. Why?

Withdrawal requests are normally reviewed within 24 hours and paid only on business days; requests made at the weekend move to the next business day. If a request is still under review after one business day, check your registered email for a review email from TMGM. The usual holdups are withdrawing without following each deposit channel's share of your total deposits, or a withdrawal that would take your margin level below 150%. If the email does not explain it, ask TMGM support.

Can I withdraw at the weekend?

You can submit a request, but TMGM pays only on business days, so a request made at the weekend is processed on the next business day.

I deposited in Chinese yuan. Can I withdraw in USDT?

Not for the deposited amount, which must go back the way it came in. Profits above your deposits are less restricted and can usually go through any channel you have used; rely on the options the withdrawal page shows.

Which network do USDT withdrawals use?

TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20 are supported. Withdraw only to your own personal wallet address, not another platform's deposit address, or the funds may be lost. A wallet address can be linked to only one TMGM account. USDT withdrawals usually arrive 30 minutes to 3 hours after approval.

I deposited through Alipay. Can I withdraw back to Alipay?

Not directly at present. The deposited amount goes to the bank card linked to that Alipay account, and yuan withdrawals must go to an account in your own name.

Can I withdraw to a family member's or friend's bank card?

No. TMGM pays only to accounts in your own name, a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Yuan withdrawals must go to a bank card in your own name, and USDT only to your own wallet.

Why is my deposit still not credited?

Usually the payment proof was not uploaded, or the network fee made the credited amount differ from the submitted amount. Include the fee when you submit and upload the proof as the page asks.

Why was my withdrawal request rejected?

Usually because you deposited through several channels but did not withdraw in proportion to each channel's total, or because the withdrawal would take your margin level below 150%. Adjust the amount or channel as the review email explains, then submit again.
